The Brief
The clients sought to maximise their Beaumaris site by developing two contemporary, self-contained townhouses — each offering its own identity, privacy, and high-quality living spaces.
The Challenge
Designing two distinct yet cohesive residences on a single block, optimising solar orientation, privacy, and outdoor space while navigating dual-occupancy planning requirements.
The Solution
We developed a complementary pair of residences featuring warm red brick bases, crisp rendered upper levels, and black-framed glazing. Each townhouse features open-plan living, a private courtyard with spa, and a first-floor balcony with outdoor dining.
The Outcome
The completed development delivers two sophisticated, highly liveable residences that balance individuality with architectural cohesion — each with premium interiors, generous natural light, and seamless connection to private outdoor spaces.
